One of the 200 kcal extras that I like to have xx
A couple slices lean deli ham or similar and 2 x poached eggs and a couple of mushrooms! Simple and hits the spot - nice for a Sunday morning aswell as tea ! just weigh and count calories of your chosen items xx Simplicity at its best ! xxx




I do this but with slices of turkey. It’s sooo good 😋
